3rd day of camp — The word for the day was “fortitude” & the campers & counselors showed “fortitude” in more ways than any one could imagine. First-time campers astounded everyone with their bravery with great achievements on the high ropes. The cliff jump continues to be a favorite activity. How many times could you go down the water slide? Arts & crafts was busy making hats. The cha cha dancers are starting to get their “groove on”. It is amazing to watch & see how quickly they pick up the steps. The Stallions had a cook-out & hay ride in the evening while the Ponies & Mustangs were playing games & “clowning” around. Yes, it was HOT! But, nothing dampens the fun of camp.
